Lol... Ms Teo

i have never imagined myself being a teacher.... NEVER

but it has become a FACT

went for the interview at cchs last week after mrs tan recommended me.
Was interviewd by mr marcus kwek, the HOD for math. The first thing he made me do was to show him how i would conduct a lesson. MAN! that sure freaked me out. Nevertheless, I gave it my best shot. =) Then he began giving me situational stuff like asking me what i would do if students were to give me problems etc. Seriously, being a teacher is NOT EASY!

After the interview, he told me that i had to wait for his call because he had to interview a few other people who were vying for this job. One job and so many competitors. See, it's not easy getting a job, wad's more when u're talking about earning $$....

Was at dad's office yesterday. Mum made me go there to assist my dad but it seemed like there wasnt anything for me to do. So i decided to read my new book entitled " The Rose Of Singapore" which unfortunately got wet while i was caught in the rain on saturday, right after i purchased it. URGH! An hour later, i kinda like began to doze off when my i received an sms. " WE WILL EMPLOY YOU" .

Woots! Mr Kwek messaged me to say that i could do relief teaching. WAHAHA! So delighted! Initially i thought that chances were slim esp when there were so many ppl vying for it. Thanks for the opportunity! Of course, not forgetting Mrs Tan who put in a good word for me.

Went back to cchs today to collect the teaching materials. Felt lost. Mr Kwek introduced me to the math department. Haha, the teachers are generally quite young and funky. Talked to this teacher who was previously from tj. She's onli 6 years my senior. Nice girl. Now i have two mentors. Haha. Mrs Yeo and Ms Chan (who can easily pose off as a sec sch student). Im sure i'll learn alot from them.

Okay, am going to buy the ingredients for the CCC xmas party tmr. Gonna whip up pasta in white sauce plus potato soup. MAMAMIA~ Cant wait for tmr. Heard that we'll be each getting a RED NOSE... ooo... so cute... and there'll be prezzies to xchange! Woots!
