What can i say about Taipan Jin but DISAPPOINTING.
1) No live singing
2) Draggy storyline
3) Unsophisticated Props - for the price u're paying
4) Poor dancing

Im not trying to be mean but I really felt like sleeping while watching the play.

Thought HUAYI festival was not good until today...........


TADA! MAHJONG ECLIPSE!
here's the synopsis...


Basically, 4 sworn brothers agree to meet up for a game of mahjong where after that, they'd eschew the bad habit. 3 of em arrived and waited for the 2nd brother to turn up. While waiting, they engage in a conversation that soon leads to speculations of 2nd brother's whereabouts. Their conversation gradually reveals elements of mystery which sets twists in the story.

Somehow, through their conversation, a metaphorical game of mahjong begins...

Each thinks that 2nd brother is dead. They try to believe that he is dead because they cant seem to drop the bad habit of gambling and they dont want to. If he's dead, they wont be able to carry out their last game. (i think they are damn smart. hee)

The show ends with sounds of footsteps...
But it doesnt reveal whether 2nd brother eventually appeared.

This is what i like.

Lights were damn good. I just loved the way they created 4 pathways that i think symbolised the 4 rows of mahjong tiles belonging to each player.

A SHOW NOT TO BE MISSED - but no more la... ...
