i am an entrepreneur

had my friends over yesterday evening.
we chatted by the poolside over drinks and snacks.
simple yet nice ambience.
gathered because donkey will be enlisting tomorrow and as you know, when we start chatting, there isnt an end.

what i was quite pissed with was the fact that i only received my slides for presentation last night at 8.
and i was expected to deliver a presentation on entrepreneurship and innovation the very next morning at 7.30, which is today.
6 slides for a 35min presentation - that was what i had.
stared at it for minutes... BLUR.
thankfully, alvin's friends, leonard and zhishing (sorry if i spelled their names wrongly) offered to help and they dropped me with pointers here and there. thanks again.

donkey and jeff stayed over at my place.
was gonna fall alseep when my hp beeped.
went to check out the msg and realised that the msg was from donkey who was in the adjacent room. "
"there is someone... walking behind you"
WTH DONKEY! immediately, i went into his room and murdered him with the pillows. lame leh.

this morning, mum fetched us to ngee ann sec for the presentation.
well, i really have to thank God for making things so smooth.
i was able to deliver 3 sessions of speeches and they got positive response from the students.
the most heartwarming thing was when the students came up to me after the talk, wanting to shake my hands. "Thank you, Coach". - this was more than enough.
you really get that sense of acheivement esp when i was told beforehand to expect students who did not respond.

caught DATE MOVIE with yixiong and jeffery after our presentation.
it's a stupid movie.
some may think that it is hilarious.
but i find it rather objective.
i didnt like the humour.
wanted to walk out of the hall in the midst of the movie.

went to help dad at his office.
thereafter, we went to Touch Community Services at toa payoh.
Dad was doing FOC legal service for some of the residents who needed extra welfare.
good exposure for me.
