Stupid brainless mother

I'm sitting here at wisma's starbucks sipping my cup of caramel frap.
Then comes a mother with her lil kid.

She carries her kid upside down, swings her to and fro.
The kid laughs.
The people around her play with her while she still remains upside down.
The mum laughs.

How brainless!?!
Does she even know how bloody dangerous that is?
What are the risks involved?
USE UR COW SENSE.
I so much wanted to go forth to approach her.
