yayness! this was the float that won us all the listed awards above! It was indeed a dream come true for all Shearites, especially the Rag Committee. 3 months of hardwork and daily drillings did not go to waste. We brought home the chancellor's shield at last!

Though it's been approximately a week since rag took place, THE MOMENT of VICTORY still lingers strongly in my mind. That was when all shearites, dressed in orange, held onto each other with their eyes closed, while waiting for the results to be announced. Time after time, the name SHEARES HALL rang over the speakers at the Padang. I had goosebumps. I teared. I was touched by the glorious moment that all Shearites managed to share.

The rag committee, including the dancers, hugged each other and teared in jubilation. Other shearites were so proud of them. At that very moment, i couldn't help but feel proud and grateful to be part of this Sheares Family. =)
