Recess Week is really RECESS WEEK
And they said recess week was for mugging...
Haha... I guess it didn't exactly apply to me for I was busy with other matters. Heh.
That's my dearest Grandma and Grandpa... No one on earth could ever have such darling grandparents!! *muack*
It was a great time catching up with the rest of the family and some other family friends who came over from HK. Darling Mich will be returning to HK tmr. Gonna miss her again...
Had our Xmen outing yesterday! We headed down to Vivo city thinking of what to eat. Headed to Thai Xpress because Liz wanted to satisfy her cravings for the softshell crab and the tofu squares! Haha...Pregnant woman... Lol. It was great fun catching up with each other especially with Mingfeng's presence. He's usually busy, especially now with his new post as JCRC... Gotta catch this guy whenever he's free =) Joyce headed to BEST to purchase fans for her Mid-Autumn Festival Event and Keith instantaneously became the Handsome Delivery Boy. Heh! Had around a one hour chat with lizzy and joseph before Balls of Fury began. I always love talking to them. It makes me sit down and reflect on alot of things and it also helps me understand my mates so much better! Don't forget our X-Men Heart-to-Heart talk soon ya? =)
Sheares Voluntary Corps! We had our very first full comm. meeting yesterday. It's really a great feeling to see so many new faces and making new friends. Felt really refreshed! =) Mingled especially with my fellow publicity cell members (calvin, josephine and laimun)... They are a bunch of great peeps and I'm looking forward to working with them this coming year in VC! Each cell's i/c had to come up with a word to represent the cell. I came up with the word T.E.L.L to represent the publicity cell. Teach/Educate/Link/Learn. Shan't go into further detail. Prog Cell's word is F.U.N, Marketing's R.E.A.C.H and our dearest Chair and Vice Chair came up with an awesome word under much pressurizing from us. Haha. The word's F.O.S.T.E.R. It encompasses the three words from the 3 different cells. Meaningful. I like. =) Headed down to Pizza Hut for our very first comm lunch.
Met up with my closest friends from TJ - Sheemun and Grace Khoh. Thanks Grace for swapping ur schedule to meet me! And to my dear Mun, ur cookies were lovely. I can't wait for those cheesecake cookies as promised ya? =P
It's always heartwarming to meet up with friends whom you hardly have time to meet up with. It's only through this that you realise how much you haven't updated each other about your lives. Gracie, I'm gonna miss you dear! Can't wait for you to be back! I promise that i'll go to zouk with you when you return the next time! =P And for mun, let's not wait till gracie returns before we meet up again alright? Haha... All the best with ur MAN. Lol! *cuddles*
