Joyous Season!

Merry Christmas and a Happy Boxing Day people! =)

Christmas is a joyous season, especially when you spend it with people who are dear to you! Spent xmas this yr with my family and my closer bunch of friends! =) It's heartwarming to be able to spend this special occasion with em.

Met up with my jc cca mates today.
Were suppose to head to ECP for a cycle but apparently jieying didnt really know how to cycle that well and jodi was dressed too well for ecp. Therefore, we decided to just chill out at parkway parade.

It was great catching up with them.
We updated each other about our lives and started to DREAM about our future. Lol. We just love to dream, don't we? Jodi, i'll see you at TVB! =P

I agree with Jieying when she mentioned that the people that you keep in touch with are mainly those from your CCAs. I can't help but agree totally! I guess it's because we have the same passion and tend to be on the same frequency that we are able to 'click' so well. I'm proud to have such groups of friends. Thanks!
Parkway parade is a special place to me.
I've been living in the east since young and PP is the place that I've always frequent, be it after school or after dinner, where i'd just head to PP for a walk or to get some desserts.

Since I moved to hall and grandma moved to her new home at Chiau Keng Road, I seemed to hang out at PP less often. I didn't really know about the facelift that it had undergone. However, when i stepped into PP today after a long time, it still felt the same. The same old smell and feel that greeted me. Something like 'welcome home'. It's true. Many people feel this way towards their heartland malls...

It felt great to be hanging out with a bunch of good old friends somewhere near home and somewhere familiar, instead of the usual TOWN or CITY HALL area that can get quite boring after awhile. It's always good to be back at where you belong. =)

Met liwei at 3pm after I went to shop for some presents.
It was almost like war after I met her because we were busy cracking our brains on what to get for Ms Jodi Chen Pei Wen. Lol. She has almost everything in this world and we thought of getting her sth special since she'd only be away for like 5 mths? Haha.
Eventually, we decided on a scrapbook.
Took pictures of ourselves and developed them instantly on the spot.
Liwei and I even had to lie to the rest that we were heading for the loo when we went to collect the photographs. Haha. Oops. We lied. Lol.

I'm glad jodi liked her present. She was almost moved to tears (i hope?). Haha.

Oh ya, THANKEW FOR THE PRESENT!!
It will really come in handy as I've always thought of getting something similar.
Haha.

We joked about how we were gonna celebrate our 21st birthdays.
Muahaha...
Ya, people, mine is gonna be like a CHINGAY PARADE LA!!!! muahahahah!!
I will make sure they close the roads for me.
Don't forget the fireworks that will spell E-R-N-N-I-E ya?
Oh ya, when you arrive, just choose the room that you like.
The receptionist will pass you the room card and you can enjoy yourself in there. =)

DREAM DREAM DREAM DREAM DREAM DREAM DREAM...
we had fun DREAMING. hahahah!!
Can't wait for our K session together! woots!

Spent Xmas night at home with the family.
We had a FEAST!!!
Dad's friend gave us really fresh and wholesome turkey, beef and ham.
Woa. Didn't seem like cheap stuff at all.
Drank white wine.
Had potato soup with crotons and garlic bread.
Nice.
It feels rather good to be eating rich at times. Hahaha.. oh wells.

Met up with Liz, Keith, Kenneth and Joseph later in the evening at Haagen Daaz.
Thankew Keith for the treat. haha. Please remember to forget (what a mouthful) to bring your presents the next time round ya? We'll then be able to get another free meal. MUAHAH!
Liz, though the card had like very few words, I'll still treasure every single letter. Haha.
Thankew Joseph for the Crabtree and Evelyn gift.
Thankew Kenneth for the pretty notebook.

Christmas aint over, people! Don't forget, there are 12 days of christmas!!! So technically, you can still shower each other with presents now. Muahahaha!

Will be celebrating xmas with other groups of friends. YAY!!!!
