2008!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

yayness! I love the feeling of a brand new year!

It seems like life starts from scratch again and you can do many things that you have never once done. It's also a good opportunity for you to change or adopt certain habits that will change your life for the better =)

Oops. talking about that, i have yet to write down my new year resolutions. Lol.

I guess I'll do that tomorrow! Heehee... oops.. procrastination... that's something that i really want to change! THROW PROCRASTINATION DOWN THE CHUTE!!! SHOO!!!

Just came back from Lizzy's place after a cook-out session with Liz, Keith, Joseph and Kenneth.

It was time well spent over a cosy candle-light dinner that we whipped up.

Liz prepared French Onion Soup.

I prepared Shephard's Pie.

Keith and Joseph did some finger food and a cordial that they copied from Blk B. muaha.

Kenneth's dessert was ice cream with fruits (and an umbrella).

Joyce wasn't there as she had to spend time at home with her family.

After the atas dinner, it was time to exchange presents.

Yea, people hardly exchange presents on New Year's Eve, i know.

But we just decided to do so as our theme was THANK YOU 2007 and we felt that it was only nice to end the year with something memorable.

Yup, indeed, Lizzy, Kenneth and I came up with REALLY SWEET AND MEMORABLE gifts for the rest. Lizzy did a Jigsaw in which all of us had one piece of the puzzle each. Put the 6 pieces together and we get a photo of the 6 of us =)

Ken did a photo collage on our trip to Bangkok and did an MTV, featuring Lizzy with Don't Stop the Music!! =P

I did a photo compilation of all the events that the 6 of us graced thruout the course of the year 2007, with personalised messages for all of em! =P

Well, talking about Joseph and Keith.

Joseph gave us mini slippers. OKay la. Though it wasn't really PERSONALISED (it was the rule), at least he still BROUGHT THE PRESENT, unlike some guy by the name of KEITH who HAPPILY FORGOT TO BRING OUR PRESENTS!!!

TAN WEI BOON!!!! It's 2008!! U better discard this bad habit of yours ah!! Forever so forgetful! Anyway, thanks to Joseph!

He fetched me home all the way from yew tee.

By the time i reached home, it was already 11.56pm. Lol. Dropped Keith at Yew Tee mrt and Kenneth at his fren's super cool house before that.

Chatted with him in the car and we kinda like spent the countdown together. Haha...

Couldn't bear to see him spending the New Year alone in his car la. Lol.

Mum spent the first few hours of 2008 killing the roaches in the kitchen.

OMG... We thought there was only one.

Until she took out the insecticide that we realised that there were 3.....

OMG!!!

Oookay, Cheekeong's coming to pick me up now.

We're gonna head to the airport to send Cailin off.

So exciting!! Many deeblockers are gonna be there too!!

She's flying off to California for her exchange.
