e r n n i e: Lorry Supper

Mamamia... I'm already missing the yummilicious food we had last friday during SUPPER LORRY!

The geography report was completed right on the dot.

1015pm on Friday night when we were suppose to leave for the lorry supper.

I was in high spirits as that kinda marked the end to my hell week.

Nothing was gonna stop me from going for lorry supper, especially with the company of my block mates.

We boarded the two lorries that the block comm. rented. It's actually quite worth it to rent the lorries. I think they only had to pay $100 for two lorries for one whole night! Great deal!!

As usual, we began cam-whoring even before the lorry took its leave from sheares hall. We behaved like as if we've never seen a lorry! muahaha!

Rodney was the official driver for the BLUE LORRY!! woots!

From what I know, he only knows how to navigate his way from his home to hall and from hall to home. OMG. Haha. Luckily he had Gilyn to navigate him the whole journey. Haha. Nevertheless, thanks Rod for driving us around =) Okay la... I forgive you for barging into my room at 5am that night when I was on the phone. Muahaha.

As we set off from Sheares Hall for our first stop at Geylang, the blue lorry decided to start playing some games. Despite the strong wind that gave us unkempt hair, we still had fun. I was so excited when we drove past the SINGAPORE FLYER!! I couldn't help but take a photo with the ferris wheel as the backdrop! (ya, with ugly hair.)

We arrived at Geylang and had our DIM SUM @ this MONG KONG dimsum place. EH, not bad leh... Anyway, we were nearly cheated of $10!!! OEI!!! Thankfully we had Zheng Kai who managed to calculate the total bill. =)

Headed to buy DURIANS after that. Jan loved them despite saying that they tasted like onions when she tasted them for the first time.

Next, we headed down to Thompson's Prata Place. OMG! I SO LOVE THE PRATA THERE!!! The crisp in the prata set me drooling BIG TIME!!, especially the paper prata.

The 'day' ended with us at Ch0ng Pang Nasi Lemak where almost everyone were tired and really full. I told myself that I wasn't gonna eat the next day. Lol.

We really had an awesome time.

I kinda missed the ARTS CLUB.

That night, I felt that the Arts Club spirit was back again, since our PEAK in Year1 Sem1. Haha.
