Condolences

It's been nearly two weeks since the earthquake struck SzeChuan.
It pains to see so many innocent lives being taken away by such natural calamities that one cannot be in control of.
I was tuning in to the 3 hour fundraising programme on channel 8 on Sunday night... ...
There were many instances when I couldn't help but tear when I saw the images of the site.
Parents crying their hearts out, kids who lost both their parents...

I received this sms that made me rather stoned for some time.
It goes like this... a poem by Li Bai...

北暮蒼山蘭舟四，

京無落霞綴清川。

奧年葉落緣分地，

運水微漾人卻震。

can anyone tell me if this poem really exists? the chinese pro.. the chinese students.. tell me...

(then comes this part where only super boliao people can come up with... but it's quite creepy)

It is 88 days in total from the day the earthquake struck to the first day of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Beijing olympic starts 08/08/08.

I am seriously shell-shocked.

Daily, I pray that these people will be safe and at ease soon.
