SECC Day 2 & 3

It's been a tiring weekend with all the travelling up and down.

Fortunately, I've got great friends like cheekeong and joseph who are there to ferry me to and fro =) Thanks guys!

Saturday was the second day of Secc and it was a day NOT TO BE MISSED because it was SENTOSA DAY!! YAY!!! Sentosa day is usually the highlight of the camp... haha.. WHY AH? Is it because you get to know who are the hunks and babes in the lot? Hahahaha!!

Well, i did see some really good bods out there. Haha.

But more importantly, it was great bonding time for the block as we played games under the hot scorching sun and getting our feet burnt! *OUCH* it hurts alot!

Was suppose to continue playin beach games with the rest of the block and seniors.

However,Joseph and Liz were spotted standing under a tree trying to get some shade. Lol. These two friends of mine are like how ATAS and THOUSAND-GOLD (please translate into chinese). They were complaining that the sun was waaaayyy too hot and decided to chill out at some beach bar. We headed for a drink as we watched the freshies play and shout their hearts out. It made us recall the days when we were in their position. That was two years ago when we were freshies. That was also two years ago when XMEN first met in SECC and where we HAD THE TIME OF OUR LIVES!!! okay, enough of emo-ing. Been having too much of it over the past few days while looking at the new group of freshies at secc. =)

With Suelynn, Cass and Fish when these three babes from the main comm were taking a breather in the shade =) I so love their camp singlet this year!! Wanna get one for myself! =)

This is just a half of the number of Blk Dee seniors who turned up for Sentosa. Was really moved by the number of Blk Dee seniors who turned up, be it to support secc or just to have fun! =) It really warms me to see how good the block spirit is!

Headed down to Rasa Sentosa where Joseph Liz and I had like a super expensive lunch. Urgh. The sandwiches cost a bomb!!! $17 for a sandwich. Okay. That means I'll have to save up on other stuff. =X Crazy leh.. Eat Gold meh?? (okay, i guess i have to accept the fact that we're dining in sentosa, a HOTEL in SENTOSA. okay. i get the picture.) The three of us were so comfy at that cafe that we spent almost 3 hours there just yakking away =)

Went back for SECC today for its finale night.
Met joseph and keith at ginza for dinner after not being to ginza in ten years.
The rest of the groups happened to be there as well as they were puchasing items for their cook-out. OMG. All of them were badly burnt! Nvm, nice nice. Healthy! haha...

Here's Caro-round, myself, Keith, Calvin and Qingjun in the Blk Dee kitchen while helping Kong Ba Pao with their cooking. I love the cooking sessions during SECC. I remembered two years ago when XMEN was also cooking in the very same kitchen.. man.. brings back awesome memories that i'll never forget!! =)

The nicest and most heartwarming part of the camp, in my opinion, has got the be the part where everyone stands up and sings their hearts out! Hand in hand... It really shows the bonding over the past three days. From strangers to acquaintances, from acquaintances to friends, and from friends to confidantes like what I'm blessed with today =)

Was asking them about camp and I'm so happy to hear that they are actually enjoying themselves =) Can't wait to see them in sheares!!! Yay!!
